Notify Users of the Git Commit for Model

I know this will also require changes to the SDK, but we have received requests to include the Git commit hash for each model on the UI. This is particularly useful for model developers who are iterating on their design, they need to be able to see what version of each model is being run. Ideally the Git hash for the current version would be included in the logs (so need to include that in the SBATCH script created) and returned to the user in the /git route. Any ideas are appreciated though.
