Follow up of #1262.

To do:

  • Replace the mention of OGIP files with the standard method in Gammapy to write DL4/5 files in GADF format.
  • Make the notebook compatible with the upcoming Gammapy new release 1.3.
  • Mention EBL de-absorbed spectrum calculation
  • Make a note on changing the norm of the models for proper computation of ULs.
  • Update theta2 plot from DL3 files to work with >= Gammapy 1.2
