Welcome to the Team-7 wiki (name in progress)!
Members: Jayton Fee, Thomas Marshall, and Violet Rose
Timeline: After looking through the H/FOSS, we elected to choose Martus as our primary choice and Miradi and Nightscout as our back-up choices.
H/FOSS Selections:
Martus Martus is a tool for people in trouble to store data on human rights abuses. It allows users to document incidents of abuse. This helps people in countries fight for their rights and fight against abuse and injustice. Martus uses grassroot NGO’s to securely store records on off site servers with easy to use software. Records are all encrypted and stored on multiple servers.
Miradi Miradi is a program that allows users to design, monitor, manage, and learn from other nature conservation practitioners. This program offers help with an easy interview, threat prioritization, development of actions and objectives, selection of monitoring indicators, and planning and financial view. In the community section you can watch youtube tutorials on their goals.
Nightscout Nightscout is an open source project with access to CGM data. This data is accessed through personal websites, smartwatch viewers, or apps on the smartphone. Nightscout was developed to help children with diabetes. The nightscout program allows you to pair a device to transmit your glucose levels to the internet so you can see them real time.
