Dockerfile for corralling system dependencies?

I suspect that this would be straightforward to do, since there's an existing Mongo official Docker repo at https://hub.docker.com/_/mongo/ and since the Python code has requirements spelled out. If anyone has a Dockerfile / docker compose setup I'd love to see it.
