CSAF documents must be validated according to the mandatory tests according to their profile https://docs.oasis-open.org/csaf/csaf/v2.0/os/csaf-v2.0-os.html#4-profiles

Additionally, for a trusted provider they hash and integrity SHOULD be checked according to https://docs.oasis-open.org/csaf/csaf/v2.0/os/csaf-v2.0-os.html#732-retrieving-csaf-documents.
