Look at some comparators online; discuss with team members (Brittny, Jason, Percy, James); develop a few basic proposals.

General parameters:

we have ~80 members, each of which have their own IP ranges to count against
at the most basic, we'd like to to get an ongoing monthly count of overall hits
it may be helpful to track unique vistors and unique page views, but that's a stretch goal
it may be worth looking at the COUNTER specification and include some exclusion criteria (specifically excluding double-clicks or bots), but again a stretch goal
