Rationale

Providing sequential access to the new design of the live Canadiana websites will allow for controlled testing and refinement, ensuring a smoother rollout across all platforms.

Outcomes

  • Foundation for Future Releases

Releasing the new design to the least used websites first allows for a controlled environment to identify and resolve potential issues before broader implementation. The insights and experiences gained from each release will create a solid foundation for the successful rollout of the new design across all Canadiana websites.

  • Performance Monitoring

Monitoring performance and user interactions on the least used sites will provide data that informs optimizations for more heavily trafficked sites.

  • Increased Confidence in the Design

Successfully implementing the new design on less utilized websites will build confidence among stakeholders and users, demonstrating the design's effectiveness.
