Integrate Digirati range editing extension into the UI

In the future we can add a step prior to the saving of manifests in the IIIF API for making navigable ranges using the range editor.

Adds a table of contents/structure in the manifest as ranges, which can be reviewed and fixed in the range editor. See Table of Contents Documentation.docx
