authenticate extended version with an API Key #23
Comments
Sure, let me see if I can get access to a temporary key to test out adding in that functionality. |
Hi, I would also appreciate this functionality. Thanks so much in advance. |
Hi guys, I still haven't heard back from Clarivate about getting access to the API. I'm not sure how I could add a feature without getting access to a key first, sorry. |
Hi @crew102, I'm a product manager at Clarivate. The old SOAP-based APIs are being sunset on November 1, which means wosr will no longer work unless changed to work with the REST API. More info here: https://support.clarivate.com/ScientificandAcademicResearch/s/article/Web-of-Science-SOAP-API-Sunset-Frequently-asked-questions-FAQs?language=en_US I sent you an email, it would be great if the library could be updated prior to the sunset. |

Hi - see you had a previous comment about authentication of of wos-lite but I have a similar issue with the extended version - I'd like to be able to authenticate with the API key - does that make sense?
