Better support of multi-target docs

By putting a structure inside of ./target/doc, you can build and then publish documentation for multiple targets in one job. I would like to add an optional argument to add a path after the branch folder that gets added to the path that documentation is copied to, so that different targets can build and publish in separate jobs.
