When I was changing the metadata for a bunch of functions articles from reference to conceptual I thought of two functionalities that would have made it easier that I would have loved to see in the config.json:
Skip: the ability to count past a certain number of files before applying changes.
Filter: the ability to apply a regex rule to the files being searched, like "doesn't start with functions-bindings."

Would the skip feature need to be a rolling count, or do you just want to be able to designate the "start from and then go on from there" file? Would it be better to just allow you to pass in a file name to start from?
