sonata16-2: tuplets and beams

In m95 of sonata16-2:

the 11-tuplets should be displayed with 3 bars in the beam:

Technically the current view is correct, but to match the source edition, and extra beam should be added. This should be done by adding *rscale:1/2 before the tuplets and *rscale:1 after the tuplets. But currently this is not working, and probably also involves a complication to get the 11 to display properly on the beam if it is fixed.
