Nous avons ajouté les nouveaux MUI input (#645) ce qui n'a pas été évident avec la structure actuelle, basée sur react-final-form https://final-form.org/docs/react-final-form/getting-started

Issue en lien avec issue cozy-ui : cozy/cozy-ui#1511

Il serait bon de refactoriser pour :

simplifier l'imbrication des composants et vérifier que tout est encore nécessaire
utiliser plus de composant UI (expl.: https://docs.cozy.io/cozy-ui/react/#/Basics?id=stack) pour la disposition et l'intégration
