Related to #235

  1. Open /solvers?tab=active_solvers or solvers?tab=settlements
  2. Reduce screen width to [740-1100] px
  3. Check the placeholder in the search field

AR: placeholder is truncated

ER: placeholder is visible (reduce font?)
