  • Create a new branch from the cneuromod.things repo's main branch
  • Add a submodule called stimuli that points to an updated things.stimuli main branch repo that contains stimulus annotations.
  • MARIE TODO: check against QC list to remove any corrupt files, rename misordered ones
  • Add the code folder and its content (saved locally on beluga under projects/rrg-pbellec/mstlaure/cneuromod-things/THINGS/fmriprep/sourcedata/things/code) to cneuromod.things
  • Add the task-things_events.json file (saved locally on beluga under projects/rrg-pbellec/mstlaure/cneuromod-things/THINGS/fmriprep/sourcedata/things) to cneuromod.things
  • In each sub-0*/ses-*/func folder, replace the existing *events.tsv files with the ones saved locally on beluga under projects/rrg-pbellec/mstlaure/cneuromod-things/THINGS/fmriprep/sourcedata/things (directory structure should allow to merge); these new files contain corrected memory metrics, and trial-wise eyetracking metrics
  • In each sub-0*/ses-*/func folder, add the *_eyetrack.tsv.gz files saved locally on beluga under projects/rrg-pbellec/mstlaure/cneuromod-things/THINGS/fmriprep/sourcedata/things (directory structure should allow to merge)
  • Merge this new branch into cneuromod.things repo's main branch
