Make sure the CosmWasm ethereum light client has at least the following information:

Purpose and intended use case
High level architectural diagram with Mermaid
How to build and test
How to integrate/use
- Links to 08-wasm documentation
- Links to code examples of deployment with e2e tests
- Special notice regarding the custom querier that needs to be wired up
