[Bug] SSLCertVerificationError with multilingual voice conversion

Describe the bug

    raise ClientConnectorCertificateError(req.connection_key, exc) from exc
aiohttp.client_exceptions.ClientConnectorCertificateError: Cannot connect to host github.com:443 ssl:True [SSLCertVerificationError: (1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: certificate has expired (_ssl.c:1002)')]

Happense whenever I try multilingual voice conversion model

def voice_coding():
tts = TTS(model_name="voice_conversion_models/multilingual/vctk/freevc24", progress_bar=False).to("cuda")
tts.voice_conversion_to_file(source_wav=VOICE_DOWNLOAD_PATH, target_wav=SPEAKER_SAMPLE_WAV, file_path=OUTPUT_FILE)

To Reproduce
