On wrong OTP it redirects to username-password form, not showing Phone username password form

I have configured browser flow for client as below:

After this it shows what we expect.

But when we give wrong OTP, it redirects and shows username-password form:

@maulikam is there any flag needs to be activated to send otp ?
as in my case it's returning 404 for send-sms endpoint sms/registration-code?phoneNumber=**********
