Add cloudflare to cloud provider options

Description

I like to use cloudflare for my "cloud provider", it would be great to have this option.

Rationale

Cloudflare is a great and cost effective option.

Both are supported by django-storages, so that should be straight forward.

I just tested this, it works perfectly fine.
With the new dict-style storages config of Django 4.2 and "default_acl": "public-read" the media files can be made public.
