Improvement of how file search indexing should work

Can we get extension to work without tagging files
like
analyze modules/auth files check if there is any open vulnebilities
the llm should return where to search for

Hi @yunatamos , I'm not sure what you're requesting here - is there a reason you'd prefer not to use tags for indexing?
