  • implement passing resolution here and here.
  • consistent axis order of resolution everywhere in converter, right now it's sometimes XYZ, sometimes ZYX, needs to always be ZYX.
  • support anisotropic voxel spacing here.
  • implement writer for elastix trafos and implement ..._to_elastix converter
