We need support runtime attestation for sidecar containers and FaaS scenarios.

AA add API to extend measurement register at runtime AA: Add API to extend measurement register at runtime #392
Extend container image hash to measurement register.
Implement extend measurement register RESTful API in api-server.
AS evaluate measurement register value.
