Currently the software creates a folder and subfolders for each command you run. This folders contains the figures generated and a log.txt with the information.

The software could benefit from two improvements:

  • Allow the user manipulate the figures in some sort of way. Previously, files were save in .svg but some were too big when we had many data points.
  • Create a nice PDF report with all the information from the log and the figures combined automatically.

We should also homogenise and ensure all plots use the same color map.
