Getting Started - Offline Mode #97

Though I was able to get RedStorm installed and HelloWorld up in an ONLINE environment, running "jruby -S redstorm install' in my project directory in an OFFLINE mode, results in expected unknown host exceptions.
Is there a way to (a) install redstorm gems and (b) "install" (acquire and compile) my redstorm projects with no internet access?

Thanks in advance and I'm also new to Ruby and JRuby.

Looks like after my first online redstorm install, I can transport the target directory to an offline system with the same env and run my topologies.
