Motif enrichment analysis examples?

Dear authors,

Thank you so much for providing this helpful package! I read the original Molecular Cell 2018 paper, and am interested in the motif enrichment analysis described in the methods, which particularly consider the motifs that are similar to each other.

I wonder if you could provide some examples on the motif enrichment analysis in that paper?
