New release of 0.2.0 or 0.1.1

I'm interested in using the changes from #18, but that has not been released. Is there appetite for a 0.1.1 or 0.2.0 release?

Hi @Theosakamg, will you have time moving forward to perform maintenance and releases of this package and colcon-ros-bazel? It might be a good idea to add one of the other active colcon maintainers (myself and/or @nuclearsandwich) as a co-maintainer on the PyPI project so that releases aren't blocked on you alone.

@Theosakamg sounds good. The colcon project maintainers are able to take on maintenance tasks that are shared across most or all colcon extensions and perform releases for those maintenance tasks.

PyPI invitations are time sensitive, so when you do send them please update this issue as well to make sure that we respond to them in time.
