I think it is worth supporting options 1 and 3. 1 is the preferred way to do things for anything beyond a simple use-case, but there are likely lots of simple cases where just a little bit of this functionality is useful and it is easier to have it all auto-generated. it is also helpful for things that are not officially within the Gi scope, but you could end up inspecting them or editing them in some other way. |
