How do I design my app with database access so it can run in desktop and web?

when I am launching my app with core run web it shows following on web browser and error in web console I understand that
wasm app have some restriction so how do I design my app.

You have two options: use something like https://github.com/goki/rqlite, which works on the web, or send requests to a separate server that handles database requests with an API, which is what you would do with a normal web app.

Typically you do not use https for localhost; try just using http://127.0.0.1 for everything and no tls stuff and then it should work. You shouldn't have to manage tls yourself, and the browser won't like that, which is why it's failing.

Following errors after change to http no tls:

client app in browser:
ErrSendingRequest(3): error sending request, err: Get "http://127.0.0.1:8080/myip": net/http: fetch() failed: TypeError: NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.(Please check your network, maybe use bad proxy or network offline)

Server app if client running in browser:

Server app if client running in desktop:

Why server shows OPTION instead GET

OPTIONS is a pre-request that gets capabilities. All web browsers send it along with requests, so you need to support it on your server. gin-gonic/gin#559 might be informative.
