리팩토링 규칙

리팩토링하고 싶은 개인적으로 수정하고 싶은 부분을 아래 추가한다.
커뮤니케이션이 필요할 시 급한 일정은 디코 단톡방, 소소한 일은 깃헙 디스커션 이용
리팩토링하게 될 부분들에 관련된 이슈카드를 리팩토링 마일스톤으로 옮긴다
새로 제작하게 될 부분들은 이슈카드를 새로 제작 후 리팩토링 마일스톤으로 이동

백엔드

인용: typeorm으로 변경
인용: 채팅구현

프론트엔드

소영: 채팅구현
기철: 상세 게시글 대댓글 추가
기철: 상세 게시글 카테고리 수정
기철: 상세 게시글 수정 및 추가 부분에 이미지 업로드에 관한 설명 추가
