• The collapse should disappear and filters appear while in breakpoints md and larger.
• There should be an ExpandMoreIcon which rotates up and down with the expansion of the collapse.

In Material UI icons there is one that is called ExpandMoreIcon. It is like an arrow head that points down. I want to make it to be nested in an IconButton Mui component and when this IconButton clicked, the ExpandMoreIcon rotates 180 deg to point up.
