Page Backgrounds Whited out / Impossible to Read

Impossible to read some some slides, occurs in 'OUT TEAM' Supporters and Donors
Chrome Version 33.0.1750.117
OSX 10.9

I had the same problem, and if you watch in the inspector, it looks like the backgrounds do update in the CSS, but the CSS changes don't get reflected until something forces a redraw (either inspecting something or resize).

I'm just passing through, but I had observed the same problem on my end, and I think you might be able to put a window.setTimeout(function () { /* pseudocode for redrawing */}, 0) somewhere as a hack to force the browser to redraw immediately.
