User Story

change the website header to the new header design.

In the case of the website and its landing page, it has the menu with an icon as well as for the contacts.

In the ads landing (remote it developers and software develoment) the change only consists of changing the contacts to the icon.

@Ragomez33 add padding on the right side of the menu (see image 1)

When pressing any of the menu options or contacts, these menus should close (see video).
