Moved to the coala org

This repo was/is https://github.com/retr0h/git-url-parse, and has just been transferred to the @coala group to assist with maintenance.

There are a few things which need to be updated, which can be noted here.

Where/how we credit @retr0h and note the history of the project should be discussed here.

@jayvdb After viewing many files in the repository,we credited @retr0h like ,
"# Copyright (c) 2017 John Dewey # Permission is hereby granted, ............".

I also saw few files which doesn't credit John Dewey.If that's one of the purpose of issue #42.I would like to work on this issue.
