since I've been asked nicely by the MeshLab popup dialog to share my impressions, I have decided to do so. I am using MeshLab extensively for quick debugs and previews of meshes generated by our software. Meshes in obj format, because it is the simplest one and best suited for such debugs. What I was missing was the ability of the MeshLab's obj importer to show both lines and triangles, when one file contains both lines and triangles. When I want to visualize a mesh and its BVH (bounding boxes are done by lines in the obj), I have to separately export an obj with the triangles, then an obj with lines. Then load the obj with triangles into MeshLab and then import the second obj into the scene to get the desired effect of seeing the bounding boxes combined with the mesh.
Another minor issue (not really important) I am having is that MeshLab crashes on closing a document if there was anything more complex than few triangles. I am using the Windows build.
