This issue is to track plans for Kubecon London in April 2025. Let us know what you think we should do and what you can help with!

Things we've done the past few Kubecons and which we'd like to continue:

Booth in project pavilion for meetups
Lightning talk sessions on our governed projects and new ideas
Project meeting on project meeting day
Conference sessions about the TAG and WGs
Announcements of new papers and initiatives

NOTE: There is a new Maintainer Summit as well as the Maintainer Track
