Description of the bug

When lesser drones try to plant weeds they are limited by it being close to another weed node.
Lesser drones can however plant weed nodes near the weed nodes of other hives, including hostile hives!!!, even if there are no nodes of their own hive nearby.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Lesser drones can plant weeds near ALL weed nodes of ALL hives instead of near only nodes of their hive.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Spawn as a lesser drone
2. Find some alpha, bravo, corrupted, etc. weeds somewhere where there are none of your weeds nearby
3. Get on the enemy weeds and get planting.
