As mentioned I am searching a svd for this processor.
Beside that, is there a nice editor which I may use to create a svd file?

Hello @SciLor ,

I have tried to search for SVD file in the SDK of the TI CC3200, but I have not found anything.

IMO, there is no official SVD for this MCU.

So, I suggest you to create an SVD from scratch with the chip datasheet.

I don't know any nice editor for this task, if you found, I am interested.

Or maybe dslite2svd can be help you to produce a SVD file.

dslite2svd
TI does not publish SVD files for many of their newer CPUs, including the TM4C series. However, they do publish some sort of debug-related files in Energia that are basically a not-invented-here variant of SVD. This repository contains a converter, dslite2svd.

If you have a custom SVD file, I suggest you to open a PR, and include your file in new data/TexasInstruments-Community directory.
