Table view first column scrolling behavior #161

When there a large number of columns in the table view and scrolling to the right and left enabled there is the following sub-optimal behavior:

  • The "up/down" ticks on the first column appear slightly above and to the left of the column name
  • When one scrolls right the first column name persists and appears to "follow-along" with the scrolling
