This is to enable users to search a single query across multiple Clowder instances.

Initial thoughts:

1. Clowder instances need to establish trust relationship amongst others to share info. This can be done by opt-in/opt-out feature.
2. We can have "Publish" button to share the info which the users choose share publicly with other instances.

Thoughts about implementation:

1. Central elasticsearch index vs Multiple indices across multiple instances
2. Need to have some indices labeled as 'public' on an instance which will mean - this data is from some-other instance
3. Script to run multiple Clowder instances locally to play around these designs.
4. Needed to name the instance along with port no. behind traeffik to identify each instance - this is for local testing purpose.
