Growing TextView indefinitely

Hi,

I'm loving the simplicity of the library. But is there to grow the text box indefinitely? ie: have no maximumLines? I've tried setting it as 0 as it doesn't work.

I've found out the workaround: The line

lines = (lines < self.minimumNumberOfLines ? self.minimumNumberOfLines :
         (lines > self.maximumNumberOfLines ? self.maximumNumberOfLines : lines));

can be:

lines = (lines < self.minimumNumberOfLines ? self.minimumNumberOfLines : lines);

Obviously it's pretty messy and messes up max lines. But it's there if anyone wants to make a pull request :)

EDIT: While I'm here and being a nuisance, perhaps extending the library to take in a custom font rather than system font would be good.
