issue with php-http

I added cloudconvert and its dependencies

When I try to use it in my web aoolication I get this error
The file Http\Discovery\Strategy\GeneratedDiscoveryStrategy.php is missing in the includes folder.

I made sure guzzle was loaded properly in composer and I can see php-http is loaded into my vendor folder.

What is causing this issue?
