YouTube link does not have a show/hide attachment button after initial preview

Hi there,

I noticed that in version 1.11 of osTicket the show/hide attachment for YouTube link previews isn't there.

Picture for reference.

In the initial opening of the ticket with the YouTube link, it showed a preview like expected.

Ahh, yup. Think I might know what that is. I'll bet if you clear your cache or delete localStorage in that browser it will come back once. A recently added feature, might require you to delete the plugin settings and rebuild the config, making sure Hide Seen is off. Or it was my code..

I am using Google Chrome version 72. I've tried Internet Explorer, same result.

If I delete the cache it works once yes.
