I have 1.0.10, it'll be smart to know what has changed since then. Via https://github.com/cliqz-oss/re-consent/releases I see 1.0.9...1.0.13 however neither 1.0.10 nor 1.0.14 is tagged so 1.0.10...1.0.14 does not work.

Instead, via commit-based https://github.com/cliqz-oss/re-consent/compare/46c0bba99cbd4c26ee64ceeff372f9ec990a243a..94c82e225bd5179a452db11bc240dc128b603126:

For the future, better to have an in-page, about:addons view of release notes.

Hi @grahamperrin. Sorry, this project has been in maintenance mode for a while - the last few versions have just been minor changes to fix bugs and incompatibilities with sites. Unfortunately we neglected to document these changes or add release notes. If there are future releases of this extension we'll be sure to include release notes.
