Create the IC Tips&Tricks page

As we are the IC student association, building a page containing all useful stuff for students could be a good way to generate interest in our website and serve our fellow students. (maybe this page should be protected by Tequila Auth to avoid teachers to access it lol)

Here's a non exhaustive list of things we could put on that page (should be discussed by comitee, just an idea tracking):

• The links to access our Faculty Drive
• The links to join the useful students' Discord servers
• The links to access some feedbacks on master courses
• The leaderboards of Courses' evaluation war and the Hall of Fame of the promotions
• ...
