세부 목적 (주 목적은 이슈 이름으로.)

현재 API 오류 발생 시 앱이 조용히 있는데 오류를 표시하도록 한다.
지금 당장은 백엔드에서 반환된 JSON 객체의 message 필드를 표시한다.
