We have included ministers only if they have spoken in front of the parliament.
Thus, there are missing ministers because of this. But we will check again.
If it is necessary we could include all of them event if they never spoke at the Parliament.

If it is necessary we could include all of them even if they never spoke at the Parliament.
@KirilSimov, I had a meeting with @matyaskopp just now, and discussed this: for consistency, it would indeed be nice if you could do this, but it would have to be done in about a week. So, if you could do it, great. If not, we can leave this for the future. Just please let us know if yes or no.

according to wiki, there are 7 governments (n93 - n99) that should be covered in corpus: https://bg.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9F%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BB%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B2%D0%B0_%D0%BD%D0%B0_%D0%91%D1%8A%D0%BB%D0%B3%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%8F
But there are only 25 minister affiliations in the corpus: https://github.com/clarin-eric/ParlaMint/blob/cb93f7eb5002b6bd608600a6c800accfdce9c72b/Corpora/Ministers/Ministers-BG.auto.tsv
The first government period (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bliznashki_Government), that should be covered has 16 ministers (in bg version):
