Include Organizations

CKAN instances contain Organization information linked to from the datasets in RDF output like this:

<http://example.org/dataset/UUID_1> 
    a dcat:Dataset ;
    dct:title "Dataset Title" ;
    ...
    dct:publisher <http://example.org/organization/UUID_2> ;
    ...
.

<http://example.org/organization/UUID_2> 
    a foaf:Organization ;
    foaf:name "Org Name" .

But, there seems to be no way to get RDF for just the Org, i.e. I can't go to, using details from the example above, http://example.org/organization/UUID_2.ttl and get:

<http://example.org/organization/UUID_2> 
    a foaf:Organization ;
    foaf:name "Org Name" .

It would be good to see the plugin support the Organization endpoints.
