Epic: Onboarding / Offboarding all team members

Overview

We need to have multiple onboarding issues in order to have a reliable custom onboarding process for each type of team member

Action Items

• Create onboarding/offboarding issues for each type that shares specific permissions
• Add the issues to the icebox with dependency label until we are ready to onboard
