Issue description

Our next delivery team/analyst meeting is on 1/14. We need to finalize, execute and prep a read out for the workshop that we created in #3214

Acceptance criteria

  • Review the workshop plan to ensure it still works for our purposes (co-design a planner card template)
  • Facilitate the workshop
  • Prep a readout (short google doc) of what we learned and what we should do next
