Issue description

Analysts may have multiple browser tabs open and jump between various tools when adjudicating a request. To make it easier to quickly know whether a request is associated with a portfolio, we need to add a visual indicator to the page that outlines details for a request.

Acceptance criteria

If the domain request is associated with a portfolio:

  • On a request page, add a tag below the domain name (at top of page) if the request is associated with a portfolio. Use something similar to the USWDS tag described here.
  • Tag should be green with white text.
  • Tag displays the name of the portfolio.
  • Clicking on the tag leads to the corresponding portfolio page.
  • Add a tooltip when hovering over the tag that reads: This domain request is associated with a portfolio.

This came up in the org model meeting a few weeks ago. This was an enhancement idea. May not be necessary for launch, but would be a good visual indicator.
